These rules apply after subscription signup opens. Turn off auto-renewal anytime from My Page. You keep access until the paid period ends; there are no prorated refunds for cancelling mid-period.

Credits
Unused plan credits expire on the renewal date of the month they were granted. Extra and auto top-up credits do not expire. All credits are a digital allowance: no refunds for change of mind after grant, and no cash-out or transfer.
Double charges or paid-but-not-granted cases are investigated and corrected. Credits tied to a refund or chargeback are reclaimed.
